We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel services when necessary. If we cancel your service and you have already made a payment, a refund will be issued equal to the amount paid. Users are responsible for verifying receipt of any refunds.

We do not process payments through our website. All payments for notary services must be made directly at the time of service using an agreed-upon payment method.

7. Refunds for Services

Oseguera's Mobile Notary does not offer full refunds for services rendered. However, if we cancel your services after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued. If an error occurs during notarization that is the responsibility of Oseguera's Mobile Notary, re-notarization will be provided at no additional cost.

8. Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in California applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
